The Commerce department organized a guest lecture on the topic “Juvenile Justice Act, Cyber Law, Consumer Protection Act” for III BBA “B” and III BBA “C” on 19 September 2024.
Mrs. Lolina Lobo, Civil and Criminal Advocate was the resource person.
The speaker explained the significance of consumer protection , cyber crime and legislation in India aimed at ensuring the proper care, protection and rehabilitation of children. The objective was to create awareness among the students regarding cyber crime maintaining order, protecting rights and ensuring justice for all citizens.
