Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Business Management (SDMCBM), Kodialbail, Mangaluru, celebrated the 79th Independence Day with patriotic fervor and enthusiasm at the college premises, bringing together students, faculty, and guests to honor the nation’s spirit of freedom and unity.
Chief guest, Captain Ganesh Karnik, former military officer, and member of Karnataka Legislative Council, addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, reminding everyone of the sacrifices made by freedom fighters and the responsibility of citizens in safeguarding the nation’s values.
The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the singing of the national anthem. The choir sang the Patriotic songs added color and emotion to the event.
Prof. Aruna P Kamath, Principal of SDMCBM, Dr. Seema S Shenoy, Director of SDM PG Centre, and Dr. Tharanath Shetty, Principal of SDM Law College, were Present.
