The Student Council organized a Leadership Training Programme on 22 August 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Hall. Mr. Karrthik Allva, Founder of Thrust Academy, Mangalore was the Resource Person for the programme. The objective was to develop leadership qualities among students and encourage them to become confident, responsible and effective leaders. The programme focused on the importance of leadership, self-confidence, effective communication, teamwork, responsibility and professional behaviour. Through his interaction with the students, the resource person encouraged them to recognize their leadership potential, develop a positive attitude and understand the importance of effective communication and teamwork. His experience in training and mentoring young professionals helped provide practical perspectives on developing the qualities required to become responsible and effective leaders. The programme provided an opportunity for the students to understand that leadership is not merely about holding a position but about taking initiative, accepting responsibility and positively influencing others. It motivated the students to develop confidence, improve their interpersonal skills and contribute effectively while working as a team.
