The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit rendered voluntary service during the Dasara celebrations at Kudroli Gokarnanatheshwara Temple on 16th October 2026. The NSS volunteers actively assisted in prasada packing, guiding devotees, and managing the crowd to ensure the smooth conduct of the celebrations.
The primary objective of the programme was to inculcate social responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and a spirit of community service among students. The initiative provided volunteers with an opportunity to contribute to the community while gaining valuable experience in voluntary service and public assistance.
The programme was coordinated by Ms. Preethika Dharmapal and Mr. Sudharshana K.
