The EDP Association of the College of Business Management, SDM Mangaluru, organized a Guest Lecture on 3 September 2025.
Mr. Advaith Shet, Entrepreneur and Alumni, Founder of Swarna Gold and Silver Testing, Mangaluru, on the topic “Building a Start-up While Studying.”
The objective of the session was to guide students on balancing academics
and entrepreneurship.
Mr. Advaith Shet shared his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting the importance of time management, innovative thinking, and financial discipline. He advised students to start small, validate their ideas, take calculated risks, and use college resources for networking and mentorship.
