College day was organised on 17 August 2022, In the college auditorium at 9:15 AM. Prof. Aruna P Kamath, Principal presented the college annual report.
The Chief Guest for the programme was Dr. A Srinivas Rao, Pro Chancellor, Srinivas University congratulated the college for providing practical exposure to the students through various activities organized. He added that India is a land of achievers and we can make our nation proud by contributing in the area of research.
Mr. Vinith Kumar, Actor Tulu and Kannada industry, Alumni of SDMCBM was the guest of honour shared the reminiscence of college days. He added that team work and dedication has contributed to his journey. He shared that the learnings from SDM College has emphasized to utilise the skills acquired in the college. It is important to have a fruitful combination of education and passion. Prizes were distributed to the meritorious students.
