English association was inaugurated on 14 September 2024.
Girish Kumar, Assistant Professor, Besant college, was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized the importance of the English language in today’s globalized world and the opportunities it opens for young minds in both academic and professional realms.
He encouraged the students to actively participate in the association’s events, which are designed to enhance communication skills, critical thinking, and literary appreciation.
The student co-coordinators were Ananya and Sakshi Shetty .
The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Madhumathi J Raja, Ms. Lolita N D’Souza, and Ms. Deepa Jayachandra.
