A faculty development programme on the topic “Awareness on Banking Facilities” was organized on 1 October 2020 by Mr. SurveshThripati, Assistant Manager, Corporation Bank to the teaching and non teaching staff . The objective was to impart knowledge on facilities provided by the banking sectors to public. He explained the process to avail short-term, medium-term and long-term loans, new rate of interest imposed and terms and conditions to do the same. He also said the advantages of adapting to e-banking over traditional banking. Mrs. Smitha coordinated the programme.
