A faculty development programme was organized by IQAC on the topic “The Active Learning Classroom: Strategies for Educators” on 22 June 2018. Mr. Sridhara Acharya, Associate Professor, Srinivas College of Business Studies, Pandeshwar, Mangalore was resource person. The resource person gave a brief insight into the modern education system and the need for active learning environment. He also added that a teacher should be more like a facilitator to the students. Mrs. Madhumathi J. Raja, welcomed and introduced the resource person. Mrs. Shashikala Shetty delivered the vote of thanks. The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Shashikala Shetty.
