The Finance Association organized its inauguration programme on 11 August 2026 at the College Conference Hall. The programme aimed to formally inaugurate the association and provide a platform for conducting various academic and skill-oriented activities during the academic year.
Mr. Dheeraj Prabhu, Proprietor, Vistara Financial Services, Car Street, Mangaluru, was the Resource Person for the programme. He addressed the students on the importance of disciplined financial investment and shared valuable insights into building a successful career in the financial industry. He emphasized the significance of financial planning, responsible investment practices and developing professional skills for long-term success.
The session provided students with practical knowledge about financial discipline and career opportunities in the finance sector. The interaction encouraged students to develop an informed approach towards personal finance and gain a better understanding of the skills and qualities required for a successful career in the financial industry.
The programme was coordinated by Mr. Gurudath Shenoy, Staff Coordinator, along with Mr. Likith and Ms. Amulya Kamath of III BBA A, Student Coordinators. The programme benefited the students of II BBA C and marked the beginning of the planned activities of the Finance Association for the academic year.
