The Fine Arts Association of SDM College of Business Management, Mangaluru, was inaugurated for the academic year 2026–27 on 18 August 2026 at the Conference Hall. The programme was graced by Ms. Megharani Devadas, Senior Dispute Specialist at Checkmate, artist and model, as the Chief Guest. In her inspiring address, she encouraged students to nurture their creativity and strive for excellence in various art forms. She emphasised that creativity is a powerful medium of self-expression and motivated students to explore their artistic abilities with confidence and passion. The programme was presided over by Dr. Bhanuprakash B.E., Principal of SDMCBM, who encouraged students to actively participate in fine arts activities and showcase their talents. The association aims to provide students with opportunities to develop and express their skills in visual arts, dance, music, fashion and creativity, theatre, photography, and videography. The event was organised by Student Coordinators Varsha Rao and K. L. Harshitha, along with Staff Coordinators Mrs. Sanjana and Mrs. Sowmya Jyothi.
