The English Association of SDM College of Business Management, Mangalore, was inaugurated on 28 August 2025 in the Conference Hall.
The ceremony was graced by Mrs. Madhumathi J. Raja as the Chief Guest and Prof. Aruna P. Kamath, Principal, who presided over the programme.
The event began with a formal welcome, followed by the inauguration of the Association for the academic year 2025–2026.
In her address, the Chief Guest inspired the students to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication through active participation in the Association’s activities. The Principal highlighted the importance of literary forums in shaping student personalities and encouraged students to make the best use of the opportunities provided.
The programme also featured the unveiling of the Association’s plan of action for the year. Student coordinators Sharvari H. S. Rao and Bhoomika, along with staff coordinators Ms. Lolita Neeta D’Souza, Ms. Deepa Jayachandra, and Mrs. Cheritha K. C., coordinated the event successfully.
