The Marketing Association of the Department was formally inaugurated on 26 August 2026 by distinguished guest Mr. Charith Shivaji Prabhu, Director of Its Mangalore Official Page, Mangalore, as the Chief Guest. The objective was to launch the association’s activities and encourage students to develop their knowledge and skills in marketing. Mr. Prabhu shared insights from his professional journey and highlighted the importance of marketing in day-to-day activities. He encouraged students to actively participate in the association’s activities to enhance their practical knowledge and professional competencies. During his guest lecture, he elaborated on the significance of content marketing, the creative process involved in content creation, and the types of video content that are relevant and effective in the present era. Trishal Mendon and Abhilasha presented a brief plan of action for the association’s activities. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Chaitra. C. Bhat.
