SDM College of Business Management, Mangaluru celebrated Independence Day with great joy and pride at the college Grounds. Chief Guest Lance Dafedar (Retired) Somshekar Shetty hoisted the National Flag.
The college choir sang the National Anthem in perfect unison and patriotic song was sung on the need to keep the love for our country uppermost in our hearts.
The Chief Guest exhorted the students to chase their dreams only if they are prepared to back it up with every iota of determination and confidence. He strongly gave his message explaining the need to work together to contribute more to the nation.
He was then presented with a memento by the College Principal Prof. Aruna P Kamath. Staff, Students and staff of Law College were present.
Archith Jain of III BBA compered the programme. Ashish of II BBA Introduced the chief guest. Dhanya II BCA proposed Vote of Thanks.
Physical Director Sudarshan coordinated the programme.
