On the occasion of International English Language Day, the Department of English, SDM College of Business Management, Mangaluru, in collaboration with Bookaholics Mangalore, organized an online webinar session on Novel Review of Ghachar Ghochar .
The resource person was Vivek Shanbhag, author of Ghachar Ghochar.The programme was conducted on 23 April 2026 for II Year students. The session explored key themes such as family dynamics, materialism, and moral conflict in the novelThe objective was to enhance students’ understanding of contemporary Indian fiction and develop critical thinking.
