Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Business Management organised a leadership training programme on 21st December 2021 , objective of the program is to provide a positive thinking , team spirit and overall dynamism among the leaders of student council. Chief guest for the program is Mr Santhosh Kumar S, lecturer of St. Aloysius PU college and management trainee. Principal prof. Aruna.P. Kamath ,Principal enlightened the students about the need for leadership training program and expected outcome from such program. In the session Mr Santhosh Kumar S explained the myth busters of leadership he also addressed that failure is very important to each one of us and everyone learn from failure which will lead our life. He said that leadership was not only about dreaming, committing, controlling ,interest its about leading other people and leading ourself first. He explained the concept with the help of few games which highlighted the need and importance of a good leader. He also motivated students by giving his own life story as example. Around 55 students of students council members actively involved in the program. Program organised by students council coordinator Mrs. Veena D Kotian.
