The students’ council organized a training programme for the members of Students’ Council on the 3 December 2022 conference hall. The objective of the programme was to imbibe leadership qualities among the students. The guest was Mr. Dishanth M.U. Founder and CEO Teddture, Mangalore.
Principal, Mrs. Aruna P. Kamath welcomed the gathering. She addressed the students and told them to be responsible students as the duties of the council are handled by them. She highlighted to them the difference between hard work and smart work.
The guest Mr.Dishanth ,addressed the students on the qualities a leader should possess. He addressed the students the importance of Networking with people, the knowing of technology and Business, how to Market products, and the work -life balance which is very plays a vital role when people start working. He enlightened students with qualities like communication skills, listening skills, team buildings, patience which are most important in a leader. A role play was enacted by five students, who played the role of Rishi Sunak, Elon Musk, Nita Ambani, Nirmala Sitharaman, Ashneer Grover. In the end a business quiz was conducted to the students.
The session taught the students the qualities needed to manage different situations. Ms. Deekshitha K. and Ms. Rashmitha S Shet, evoked God’s blessings through prayer. Ms. Riya G, introduced the guest Mr. Dishanth. Ms. Jahnavi B.G., proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was compeered by Ms. Adithi Kini.
