The Fest Forum organized a series of management training sessions for first-year students between 11 August and 23 August 2025.
The objective was to familiarize students with the importance of college fests and to highlight the role of the Fest Forum in organizing and managing such events.
The sessions, conducted for the I BA HRD, I BBA, and I B.Com batches, aimed at enhancing students’ communication, technical, and managerial skills while preparing them for future competitions. Each session provided insights into key management events such as Best Manager, Human Resource, Marketing, Public Relations, Quiz, and Stress Interview. These events were explained in detail and also demonstrated, giving students practical exposure to the skills and strategies required.
