The English Association of SDM College of business management organised an online webinar for women students of the Association on the theme “Self-Confidence, Self-Respect and Self-Compassion” on 9 May 2026.Dr. Arpita Gur, Counsellor and Healthcare Educator at Yenepoya University Derlakatte was the resource person.The objective was to promote mental well-being, self-worth and personal growth among women.The Programme was coordinated by Ms.Lolita Neeta Dsouza.
