SDM college of Business Management in association with MUCTA organized a one-day Seminar on “Investor Awareness” on 5 January 2023.

CFP.Mrs.Smitha.M Treasurer MUCTA was the Guest of Honor for the programme.
Prof.Aruna P Kamath, Principal SDMCBM presided over the conference. Mrs. Manju H faculty coordinator was present on the Dias. Keynote speaker Mr. Naveen Rego highlighted efficient management of one’s finances, requiring prior expertise with personal financial decisions like insurance, savings, retirement,
budgeting, and tax preparation. He added that it important to identify the information problem in financing and try seeking solutions for them. Principal, Prof. Aruna P Kamath in her presidential remarks emphasized on the need to equip people with the information in investment decisions.
The inaugural session was followed by sessions on Financial literacy, Time value of money, Personal investment planning Development by Mr.Yvonil D’Souza, Personal Investment Services Professional Mangalore.
