Silver Jubilee celebration of Synergy 2024, a Two day National Level Management fest for undergraduate management students was inaugurated by Sujir Prasad Nayak, Partner, M/S Nayaks Trading Co., Mangaluru, here at SDM College of Business Management on March 6.
(Synergy 2024 has come up with the theme ‘Samavaya’ focusing on the world of management through the lens of G20, uniting diverse perspectives and global strategies to navigate economic challenges.)
Sujir Prasad Nayak, in his inaugural address, emphasized the importance of participating and networking in the field of entrepreneurship. He concluded with the saying “The secret of getting ahead is getting started” urging to students to leap into the world of entrepreneurship. He congratulated the college on its silver jubilee celebrations of Synergy.
Manel Srikanth Nayak, Partner, Kamakshi Group, Mangaluru, and alumnus of SDMCBM was the Chief Guest. He shared his optimistic insight about India being the third largest economy by 2030 emphasizing the remarkable contribution of youth for the emergence of a superpower nation. “Guidance from the right credible people will contribute to overall development”, he added.
Prof. Aruna P. Kamath, Principal, SDMCBM, in her presidential remarks, said that youth today have to collaborate to create a better future by being job providers and not job seekers. She added that fest like synergy provides the best platform for emerging talent contributing to global leadership.

Harsh Singala, and Rajvi R Vyas, Student Coordinators, gave a brief introduction to Synergy 2024. Prithika Baliga welcomed the gathering, Vaibhavi and Muskan introduced the guests, Vinisha delivered the vote of thanks and Bindu compeered the programme.
