A staff enrichment Programme was conducted on 5 August 2023, on the topic “”Attaining Institutional Vision and Mission -Role of faculties and Administrative Staff””. The resource person for the programme was Mr. Uday Kumar, Professor at SDM Law College.
Mr.Uday Kumar the speaker discussed on need for soft skills, professional etiquettes and ethics in work culture, He also discussed on various teaching tools and approaches of effective participative teaching for enhanced student engagement. He quoted that “Individual efforts can contribute to the welfare of institution “.
The outcome of the FDP was, faculty members got an insight knowledge about the need for professional etiquette and ethics for a smooth and healthy work environment and various pedagogical techniques that can be applied in day to day classroom teaching for enhanced students’ engagement.
Mrs.Kavya compeered the programme, Mr.Thilakraj IQAC coordinator welcomed the gathering and Mrs Gayathri IQAC coordinator proposed the vote of Thanks.
