SDM College of Business Management in association with Mangalore University Computer Science Teacher’s Association (Mucsta) organized V Semester BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science and B.Com. Computer Application Syllabus Workshop on 4 September 2023. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Shekar B. H. Professor, Department of Computer Science, Chairman-BOS in Comp. Sc. & Comp. Application, Mangalore University. In his inaugural address he said that new innovations in the field of technology have changed the curriculum design of teaching students. Thus it is very important to adapt to today’s demands and prepare students to face the challenges. In this regard more emphasis needs to be given to practical classes along with various lectures Prof. Aruna P Kamath, Principal SDM College of Business Management presided over the programme. In her presidential remarks she said that in today’s digitalization age, lecturers need to update themselves and guide students to become multi-skilled in the field. Mr. Prakash Kumar K, President, MUCSTA Mr. Vinayachandra, Secretary, MUCSTA were present. Mrs. Divya Uchil, Vice Principal delivered the vote of thanks. Mr. Arun F Sequiera, Faculty computer Science department compered the programme.
