The Business Law Department organized an extension activity at Blossom Gift Store, Mangalore, on 02 June 2026 with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to retail business operations and customer relationship management in the gift industry. During the visit, students interacted with the store manager and gained insights into inventory management, pricing strategies, customer preferences, and ethical business practices. The discussion highlighted the importance of customer satisfaction and adapting to changing market trends. Students also shared ideas on social media promotion, attractive product displays, and customer engagement strategies to enhance business visibility and sales. The activity served as a platform for mutual learning and industry-academia interaction. The programme was coordinated by Mrs. Sanjana.
