The Consumer Club of SDM College of Business Management , Mangalore organized a visit to the Dakshina Kannada District Forum, Consumer Court, on 25 November 2025.
Mr. Somashekar, President of the Forum, gave a brief and informative overview of the court’s structure, the procedures involved in handling consumer cases, and the significance of consumer awareness in ensuring justice.
The objective of providing students practical exposure to the functioning of the Consumer Court and understanding the process of resolving consumer grievances.
