The students of III B.Com from SDM College of Business Management conducted an extension activity at Decathlon in Mangalore,On 15 May 2026. The Objective was to interact with employees and gain information on how to attract customers, provide quality service, and receive training on effective customer handling. The visit aimed to provide students with real-time exposure and bridge the gap between theoretical learning and industrial application. Mrs. Anasuya HR Department coordinated the programme.
